Develop a perfect pitch. New filter & sorting options. Music for the holidays.
November news and app updates
Dear Jamzoner,
On this month’s review: Better browsing and sorting options in Jamzone v2.13. Train your ear with the Use Your Ear video course. Our selection of music to jam through the end of 2021.
Jamzone v2.13 rolling out on Apple devices
As we massively grow our catalog, we are dedicated to making your search and browsing experience as smooth and efficient as possible. There’s more on our roadmap, but this is the first batch.
“Endless” lists in BROWSE
The number of tracks displayed in the lists FREE, POPULAR, and NEW is no longer limited. You can scroll down until there is no more! (it might take you a while though 😏)
Genre & language filters back in POPULAR
Our Extended Catalog update created an unforeseen issue with our filters, leading to a temporary removal. As a first step, we are rolling out back the filters by genre and language in our POPULAR song list.
Sort by Restricted / Full in ‘My Tracks’
Now that tracks in Jamzone can have different types (Restricted or Full), you asked us for a way to sort your downloads accordingly. Head to ‘My Tracks’ and hit the Sort button on the right side to select what you want to display on top of your song list.
Saving FREE downloads to your library & setlists
The free tracks you download on Jamzone do not get removed anymore from ‘My Tracks’ and your setlists after you close the app. Quite useful to prepare your Christmas carols! (of which many are free to play on Jamzone).
Practice ear training with an innovative and effective approach
Discover the guest blog post from our friends at Use Your Ear. They offer a great method to combine with Jamzone and enjoy our app to its fullest. So we give them the stage for a few minutes to let them explain how they cracked the formula for efficiently teaching ear training and how you can get started with it now. (Spoiler: there’s a 40% discount on the full course)
