Why did you steal all of my “ purchased “tunes just because you changed your policy to subscription service. You changed your rules and reneged on “selling “ me ownership of music.

Never use Jamzone again. Also, too many of your tracks are terrible.

Thank you for reaching out to us. I want to reassure you that nothing has been taken away from your account. All purchases made before the switch to the subscription model remain available to you, and you can continue to enjoy all the tracks you've bought without needing a subscription.

However, to access the rest of our extensive catalog, the only option now is to subscribe.
